It is dirty, full of crime, noisy, stinky (because of the ponds), has outdated appliances, ammenities pretty much do not exist (tanning bed is proably 1000 years old, as is the so-called workout equipment). As for the office staff, they could care less about anything (and the turn over of employees is about once a month). They are only concerned with getting their rent checks (which are way more than they should be for these old apartments). If you move in, you should plan on staying forever, or consider taking out a personal loan to pay the outrageous fees they will charge you, even if you leave the apartment in better condition than it was when you moved in!! Need I say more'

I truly think there is some scam to getting residents' money through fees when they move out.

I don't know how you get Ghetto at Island Park. It's great! quiet, clean, been here 3 years and none of my vehicles have been vandalised or my apartment. Pretty grounds and great office staff. I think the one girl named Kim has been there more than 2 years. So I'm not sure what you are trippen about???

I think this person probably trashed their apartment and doesnt want to be accountable, now do they? THis place is great, I have been here 8 years! Just renewed my lease. Staff is awesome, not to mention cute! Dude get a grip- you probably are too cheap to live here anyway!

I got a transfer from one unit to the other because I wanted bigger. They absolutely take advantage of you on the move out...watch you will see.
