we have lived in one of the apartments for 2 years now and every time we call for maintenance emergency they cannot comply because of the following reasons....
1. when we didn't have water heater and i wasn't able to do the dishes and froze every time we took a bath they said it's not an emergency situation.
2. when we didn't have wall heater down stairs and the temperature outside was 35 degrees and inside the house was 58 degrees somebody told us that it will not be addressed til monday because if they were to come out on a sunday they will not be paid for whatever work they're going to do for that visit. And the next day when i went to speak with somebody to solve our problem it took a long time for them to send somebody to the apartment.
3. during fall of 2008 it took them almost a month to rake the leaves lying on the pathway
