This apartment complex inspires me to save enough money to buy a house. I just can't keep renting if it's going to be like this. There are a LOT of very small children, usually running or playing in the parking lot unsupervised. Posted "non-soliciting" signs are frequently ignored by residents selling magazines or candy.
Pros: Washer and Dryer in the unit, available covered parking, available garages and extra storage, very little noise from upstairs neighbors, great refrigerator, great stove, efficient heating.
Cons: Shared walls don't hide much noise, very very cheap & flimsy cabinetry in the kitchen, kitchen storage is inadequate, nearby grocery stores are very limited in what they carry.
