I lived here only 2 weeks before wanting to relocate. Yes the apartments look lovely during the day, but after 3:00 there is nothing but noise. There is a pathetic security patrol that rarely patrols the area. My cars were both broken into and the stereos taken during my residence of 1 year ( I signed a lease and couldn't get out of it). My cars were both vandalized regularly by the numerous amounts of delinquents that lived there. There is nothing for the kids to do, so they have fun screaming, stealing, vandalizing, and fighting in the middle of the street. When my lease was almost up they offered to raise my rent only to $900. How caniving, since they advertise the same apartment for $839 on all their websites and to new tenants. I did not sign a new lease and I do not recommend renting here unless you like to stay up until 3:00am because there is too much activity in the parking lot to be able to sleep. (I lived on the 3rd floor and was still able to hear people with thier car stereos and shouting every night).
