I have been living at James Street for a couple years with my babies. I absolutely love it here. The rent is good. It has easy access to shopping and the highway. The staff is very nice and helpful. I can't enough good things. As for what I have read earlier things happen and they happen everywhere. My parents car was broken into in the home in a very very nice community. As for noise, they office does take it seriously and will/have evicted people because of the problem if it continues. People just need to be adults and take responsibility for themselves. You have a problem don't just sit around and do nothing. Call the office or the security. I recommend this place to people who want to save money and have a good life.

Well Jamie as far as the office taking noise complaint seriously, that is a serious joke. I made several complaints to the office regarding this subject and nothing I mean nothing was done. I am not the type of person to write letters but I did that as well. And when nothing came from that, I went to the regional office and ask them for help. Sure, they claimed that they would do something about it but they never did. The same people would be outside on their couch, yes I said couch not chairs, smoking and drinking. Which would turn into yelling and eventually into fighting. So I guess my point is, even if you do complain nothing and I mean nothing happens. No matter how many times you complain or who you complain to.
