This place should be burned to the ground. The staff sucks the maintenance is even worse. The apartments are all press board and the walls have no insulation what so ever. Thats only the beginning of your problems The neighbors will kill you. This place is nothing but ghetto rats with there fifty kids running around all day.

There was two drug raids across the way from building thirteen when I lived there. every one seems to have a booming sound system in there care and likes to book them at 11 at night right in the parking lot. There was a gang fight across from me at 1 am the cops came and arrested people. My next door neighbor had people coming over all hours of the night to buy drugs and he looked like Tookie Williams.

After my 6 month lease was up they raised my rent 100 dollars a month they charge for parking and thats a nightmare too. They charged over $60 a month for water. They will nickle and dime you too death.

I was never so happy in all my life to move. If you want a quiet safe place to live keep looking james street is not for you.
