In fact less then a month ago....while discovering the wonders of playing with his mothers butane refill canister...one of these little angles caused a two alarm fire in building eight....and just six months ago this same building experienced a previous fire.....

Let's talk trash shall we' No...I don't mean the hundreds of dead beat residents who refuse to get a job and depend on society to fund their "section 8 why pay for an apartment when the state will take care of it for you program!" I mean the trash that abounds thruought the "community" since they have moved to one central "DUMP" and I do mean D U M P! Where you need to shlep your trash too. Trash cans were removed as a cost savings measure from the mailbox areas....so now....your neighbors from the hood just throw their unwanted mail on the ground all over the mailbox area!

Management Team.... which one' I've been here a over a year (no I won't be staying when my lease is up) and we have had upwards of three. That doesn't mean they don't try hard and mean well...they do! Seriously! This place has already set a precident for itself and the damage has been done and it will take years to clean up this place.

Before you make a decision to move here.....contact the local police....get a report of the crime we've recently experienced right here in our little slice of heaven we so lovingly call James Street Crossing (I'm gonna GAG!) Make sure you've got insurance here...your gonna need it!

As their sign out front says.....this may be "Just the place for you!" If you want to call Ghetto Central home! Oh...and yeah....PARKING IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AT ANY APT COMMUNITY I HAVE LIVED!
