It's ok, but there are problems

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
First of all, I lived her from 2003-2007, and for the most part my experience was positive. However, my rent kept going up rapidly (from 599 to 745, I believe). This was the reason I moved. Apartment above me leaked water into my apartment was also a problem, and someone set a van on fire when I was getting off work late one night. Other than that, not a bad place to live (seriously). I realize that every place has their shortcoming, so......
I will say that I had to make a delivery for my business in the past month in the back part of the complex (near the ice rink). The apartment grounds looked ill-kept, so....
