Initially I liked living in Kent Terrace.

I love it that I can walk to Target, Once upon a Child, Top Foods etc.

We do have an awful neighbor down stairs that complains of our 3 year old daughter jumping around the apartment yet he plays his bass music that makes our floor vibrate! As far as the apartment and roaches...I haven't ever seen one! Our apartment is clean and maintenance comes...but I don't hestitate to repeatily call.

I do agree that the playground is awful, a big minus.

It's too gross for kids to play on! But we are lookng to move from here mainly because of Kent the city itself.

Big car theft place.

We had our car stolen last night right out of the parking lot here! We feel violated and hope we can find a more secure place to live.
