VERY POOR !!!!

This place is a nightmare!! These are some of the things that I have endured or experienced since I have lived here; I have had a maint.

man walk in my apartment and tell me that I was supposed to be out on the first(their error), The childrens playground is a huge joke, only its really not funny, but rather a health risk(it smells of urine, and all together dangerous), There are nails, glass, and garbage everywhere outside, my apartment was VERY dirty when I moved in, the carpet was absolutley NASTY, the staff is extremly rude, I have heard my neibors talk openly about robbing houses, and worst of all.....KENT TERRACE HAS COCK ROACHES, AND THEY WONT DO ANYTHNG ABOUT IT !! And I have a child.

Believe me, I am gonna get the hell out of here as soon as humanly possible!! This place may be cheap, but keep on a lookin', I promise you'll find way better.
