I am so glad for this web site, so that you can be informed of this HORRIBLE place before you move here! When we lived at these apartments, we encountered nothing but problems! The staff is so rude. The maint. men DO NOTHING!!! You can watch them sit around the pool smoking cigs all day long, while visiting with the office ladies. The pool is always closed for some reason or another. The playground is terrible.(stinks like pee) Your Apartment is always surrounded by water when it rains.. and when you call the office to have the water drained, they never show up. We had to go out in the rain ourselves to dig trenches so our apt. wouldn?t flood. There is drug activity all around the place. At least four of our neighbors sold drugs.
(four seperate apartments) Your visitors have to park WAY down on either end of the complex , which is not safe at night for someone having to walk all that ways with kids or elderly. (If you live in one of the middle buildings, then it?s at least a two block walk) I guess I just have nothing nice to say about this place. We moved out and BOY am I glad! You will be treated like a nobody there. They don?t care about you. Please choose somewhere else to live.
