I do not live here but recently helped someone move in and feel compelled to share my experience.

1. Staff - One word says it all - RUDE!!! and their pathetic attitudes...sort of don't call us, we'll cal you type mentality. Even though my friend was just moving in, they did not want to admit any problems existed in the apartment...wouldn't even let us complete the move in form...the worker just had to do it!!!

2. Apartments - Old and in disrepair. 80% or more have no screens on the windows. Desperately needs paint job....inside and out!!!

3. Outside area - needs to be sprayed with a power washer...very dirty looking.

Pimarily this complex caters to low-income families, non-English speaking immigrants and lots of foul mouthed kids. Each time I visit, I see so many unattended children just roaming around, swearing like sailors.

Additionally, I felt the office staff was pushing the ethics envelope when I observed a child translating a business transaction for an adult.
