OMGosh are you serious''
My life was HELL in Kent Terrace. Move'' Ya try to move with a lease!!! I dealt with mold SO bad that I was sick all winter. They had me movce into a temporary apt while they fixed the water coming into my closet...and all the mold. This was AFTER we complained for a month. I was 7 mo pregnat and the manager told me " well we do live in a rain forrest!!" OMGOAH so shallow! After 2 weeks in the temp apt. I moved back in, only to have the water and mold come back in!!! After I had my baby were were loking for a new place..When our lease was up we moved . Now my son who is 4 now still has breathing problems and asthma due to the exposure to the mold when he was in the womb and a newborn. MOVE!!! Don't go here. The staff is rude and everything is your fault!! When the rain came our Apt. was under water!! I called them to help us get the water to flow away from the Apt. They never came. Me and hubby were out digging trenches so out Apt. wouldn't flood. I HATE KENT TERRACE. The health dept came out and made them give me all my deposit and let me go in peace because my apt was a hazzard. 2 years after I left the Apt was still empty! It was so bad. The Play ground was a urinal for the druggies. I can't say enough about these places. Roaches too! Yup ---- roaches!

hey I'm really tight on budget and can only afford month to month. would you be kind enough to tell me which apartment you rented (bottom or upper floor, and also the number), so when I rent here I would refuse if they give me that exact apartment you rented, thank you.
