I have lived here for around 8 mos. I am very upset with the way it has gone, but I don't want to exagerate. It's nice because it's about the only month to month apartments around, it's in a great location, and I love the maintenace man, he's a great guy, although under-qualified seeing that it's been easy to get him to come over but very hard to actually get things fixed. The office staff is all new, and they are generally pretty nice ladies but the manager is a witch and the regional manager is evil (far worse than the regular manager). Other than that, the staff don't care about me or any other residents. Everything interior of the apartment is horrible. This place is extremely ghetto. It looked REALLY nice to start with, at first glance, but I soon realized that they simply painted over mold, mildew, and gross stuff on the walls. The cupboards are cheap and shoddy and before I moved in, they put a thin layer of paint over stains, that dont match the cupboard and when I try to clean my house, the pain comes off and it just looks worse. They PAINTED over RUST in the tub and all over the heaters. But the worst is the MOLD! There's no stopping it. I clean the window seals and the edges of the floors with bleach regularly and the mold just come back over and over. It's making the vinyl on the kitchen and bathroom floor come up. Everything in here is so low qulatity, it's obvious the owners don't give a rip about residents. My athsma has gotten so bad. I can't take it any more, I'm out next month. Seriously, this place is aweful, especially if you have kids. I haven't even said aything about the crime yet.... don't get me started.. I've decided after living here, being bound down by a lease isn't so bad if you don't have to live miserably in a place like this. If you need a VERY TEMPERARY place to live in between moves, I still wouldn't RECCOMEND it, but it probably wouldn't be too terrible. Don't stay though, it's not worth it

hey sorry you may have read my previous posting to the other reviewer, but I am on a tight budget and just needed a month to month lease, could you please let me know which apartment you rented (bottom or upper floor, and the apartment number)? So I would refuse if they offer me the same exact apartment, thank you.
