I have lived here for years and know that there is no lease it is all month to month. I do see mold and mildew, but learn how to ventilate your apartment better. And I will agree the staff needs work, but where are you talking about the crime rate' From surrounding areas' You can call the police and ask how many reports actually come to the apartments. I haven't heard much crime actually going on in here.

Learn how to ventilate your apt better??????? How can you ventilate when the water seeps into your closet and creates mold up the walls??? When you find out how to do this..please let me know!!!!!!!!!!!
