Since living here for 4 years the following problems have occurred:
1. Severe mold and mildew throughout apartment
2. Back sliding door installed backwards and leaks water into the apartment and deep within the carpet.
3. Front door and first bedroom window not winter weatherized. Cold air and unsecured.
Multiple maintenace request given to the rental office. Fixes are down to last a small period of time and a second request is sent.
Mold that is growing are around the window panes, corners in bedrooms and back sliding door.
Sliding back door has a opening which allowed a slug to come into the apartment. Request sent to office but no maintenace personnel has been sent to look at each problem.

I too had slugs in my apt!! F101 was my apt.

There are numerous tenants and past tenants that have complained and no results. Tenants are moving or with me one the complaints were sent in my lease was not renewed. Currently I'm searching for a apartment to move to. I have medical reasons that will make my look a little longer but the rental office would not take that in consideration. Waiting for my next step. Thanks for responding.
