In my opinion Lake Fenwick Estates is very nice compared to other apartments. There is no loud neighbors, everyone is friendly and is a secure place to live. The managers are pretty friendly and I think the price isn't too unreasonable considering there isn't the above things. I live there as of right now and the apartment upkeep is quite nice I believe. I think you should just check it out yourself if you consider moving into these apartments, some places are only meant for some people. If you like quiet neighborhoods and a safe place, then is the place to be.
