Excellent maintenance & ground crew, poor management

The maintenance & ground crews are wonderful. If something needs fixing, the maintenance crew is right there to take care of it. The grounds are very clean. A nice clubhouse with a heated, indoor pool, and a weight room. There are alot of young people (early 20's) & alot of elementary & school age kids. There is alot of noise 24/7, all hours of the day & night. Management doesn't do alot regarding your noisy neighbors. If you desire peace & quiet, Lake Fenwick Estates would not be for you.
