The complex is not the worst I've ever lived in or seen, but its by far not the best. The maintence and grounds crew are great guys wiling to help at a moments notice. The manager has a real aditude problem and doesn't pay attetion to the requests of her tenants. And if you get home after 10pm good luck finding a parking spot! Overall its a step above most places in the general area but still a little over priced.
