When we moved in to these apartments They were under different management. It was a very good experience dealing with them. The maintenance crew that was here before was AWESOME!!, but about a year ago the new slum lord and her posse moved in, and it has gone to drier pastures. Getting repairs done' Well that usually depends on whether or not the maintenance men are working on their beat up truck or doing whatever else they do on our time. That is if you can get through Cruella Deville (Ann) in the front office who will accuse you of breaking what hasn't been fixed, or make bigoted comments about other races. They have been working on the grounds to improve the appearance but it isn't going to fix what is on the inside (office) the assistant manager can only do so much, she is wonderful! Deana has been the only one that stayed from old management. She needs a promotion!

If I wasn't in fear of reprocussions, I would leave my name, but I am perfectly aware from neighbors that have gotten out of here that the manager is vindictive and you will pay with your deposit, and ridiculous move out charges when it is time to go. We are still looking but need to come up with all the moving costs before we can move.

In closing if you are looking for a place to live and you are considering Lake Fenwick, let's just say the horrible parking would be the least of your worries. believe it or not I didn't mention all its flaws.
