When I lived at the apartments the staff there was great! They were on top of things, and made you feel like apart of the family. Now that I have been reading some of the other comments I feel sad. Lake Fenwick get your act togeather! Your residents is who make your apartments stand out from the rest! If you don't have the right manager there, get someone who is right there. And knows what they are doing, and who knows the laws cause if you don't you will end up being sued! If you are they type of owner who don't care about your investment then you must be the type who doesn't care about your money so instead of waiting on being sued...why don't you start handing your money over to your lawers now.
It makes me sick to see the people there befor worked so hard for there residents and the owner to make Lake Fenwick a nice place to live and be able to tell people what a great place it was. And now people feel embarresed of the place that they call home.
It is the manager job to be friendly if she can't do it get her out of there now!
