It seems like everyone at Lake Fenwick smokes. We would have loved to hang out on our deck, however, the people below us and above us were constantly smoking. We could even smell the smoke when we were inside our apartment with the windows shut.

Ann was a total b*tch to work with (the manager everyone else has been complaining about as well). We really enjoyed working with Dena and would try time any visits to the office to when she was working rather than Ann. Ann would not only be rude, but ignore our requests for maintenance. We are still waiting for our deposit money.
