I lived at Lake Fenwick for almost 10 years. I just moved out of state to be near family. If I were to move back to the Kent area, I would go first to Lake Fenwick. The current office staff, Sharon and her assistant Fay are helpful, very courteous and you are treated with respect. Whenever I had any maintenance problems, they were corrected within a few days. The grounds are maintained well, and the apartments were painted a couple of years ago. I feel the area is convenient to shopping, is quiet at night, and was a place I was proud to call home. Thanks, Sharon and Fay...you are doing a great job!
