This was one of the most affordable apartments we found in and around Kent. They are very large(900 some square feet) and rent includes water, sewer, garbage and cable! What a steal. Only conplaint is the grounds. They don't water the grass in the summer and it all becomes brown. Also their gym is filled with old or broken machines. Quess you have to consider the trade off. For us price was more important then amenities. This is definately a family complex. There are lots of kids. We liked that about the complex but that may not be everyones cup of tea.
