First of all, if you are considered low income and have difficulties paying the high rent costs then I suggest a tax credit or lower income complex for you to look at. Silverwood Park is not too far away from here and they are a 60% tax credit place. Or you can quit your belly aching and move into a smaller apt. Second, get your facts straight...this complex was built in the 80's, not the 20's. And speak for yourself...Sharon is NOT in everyone's business. I rarely have reason to go into the office but when I do she just makes it a point to say hello and greet me and my child. That's it. If you feel you're being treated poorly, it's most likely because she has to hammer on you to pay your rent...again, if you're struggling, I might suggest Silverwood Park. The office ladies are sweet, mind thier business, and do thier job just as they are supposed too...Nothing more, nothing less.

And just an FYI...take a look into the housing market and you will understand why rental prices are so high. The market sucks all around...for what you get with washer and dryer in unit, prices here are actually pretty competitive to every other complex.

I agree with you. Sharon and Renee are the nicest managers I have ever had in an apartment. The rent is very competitive. As I own my own washer and dryer, they were more than willing to remove theirs so I could put mine in.

LOL... Attention disgruntled residents of Lake Fenwick Estates: I highly suggest that you take your managers advice and come on up to Silverwood! We might be "low income" folk, but at least our management treats us with dignity and respect. Plus, instead of sitting online writing up fake reviews about how great they are, Silverwood's staff actually spends their time "managing" the complex, quite well I might add. I have happily "slummed" it here for over 4 years, and only while looking for a 3 bed/2bath in the area for my aunt came across these reviews of Lake Fenwick. And boy, they have reminded me of how good we have it here at Silverwood, "low income" or not.
