Manager is nuts... told me she didn't like the looks of my legally parked, permitted car (that has been legally here and permitted for four years) so she put a tow away sticker on it.

Staff stole of my personal stuff a couple days ago.. you can't leave anything on your deck or by your car or it will be gone.

Just got a notice for another "inspection". There is nothing to inspect. I am quiet, keep to myself, put up with other people's crap and noise all the time without whining about it.

Am considering getting an anti harassment order against her if one more thing happens. Another car incident will result in a charge of car theft too.

Maybe your tabs are expired? If so, then your car is in fact illegally parked here. It also states in your lease that your car cannot sit unmoved for long periods of time. Charge of car theft? That's pretty extreme since as long as she has probable cause (meaning your tabs are expired or the vehicle never moves) she has every right to tow your car at your expense; also refer to the tow-away signs posted all over the parking lot. And stealing? I doubt it. Are you sure that it wasn't one of the neighbors or unattended, punk kids that continuously run around the parking lot? Because I know my car has been keyed and marshmellowed (yes, marshmellowed) by the same kids running around unsupervised who don't have respect for anyone else or their property. Don't be so quick to blame management or maintenance for things your not sure they did. I also received the notice for inspection. I'm a little surprised by it, but it is standard. They aren't picking on you by giving you that letter. I believe everyone got that letter and a few chosen units will be inspected. And an anit-harassment order? How do you expect to live comfortably anywhere when you do that to your landlord? If your so unhappy, MOVE OUT!
