We moved in the very end of February (2009) and have enjoyed living here ever since. The apartments are older, but they have a community-oriented feel to them, and a safe, quiet environment. We can walk through our complex at night, my daughter can ride her bike throughout the beautifully landscaped paths, and we can relax on our balcony. My only complaint would be the outside appearance on a few of the buildings. There are buildings will severe paint flaking, and light fixtures that are broken. My hope is that the buildings will get a major paint job done. Other then that, it has been an enjoyable experience. No problems with neighbors, maintenance or crime. Great management!
