Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2001
I lived at Lake Villa 11 years ago and liked it so well I moved back 6 years later and have lived there since.
I am moving in a few weeks only due to the location.
Overall I've been happy.
The floorplans are spacious.
Plenty of storage.
Maintenance has been very good.
The management has always been friendly.
Previous employees often forgot about requests but the current employees are great.
Only negatives is the location, traffic in this area is getting really bad.
I've also always had a lot of spiders and most recently ants in the apartment.
Also in the past year the grounds have not been kept up as they were in previous years.
Often the security gates are broken.
