My husband and I got kicked out of our place and Lake Villa Club graciously took us in. We have the most beautiful apartment with cathedral ceilings, a loft, and more space than we know what to do with. Maintenence responds well, neighbors are quiet, parking isn't a big deal. Traffic will stink in any area it seems. Close to the freeway, cabana house is in great shape. No spiders, ants, or if there are, my cats kill them. I haven't seen any, so that's a good sign. We have rented for many years, and this is the best place we've lived in so far. We plan to live at Lake Villa Club until we buy a house.
