These apartments are expensive poorly cared for, and staff is against tenants. They will try to charge all kinds of money for everything. When you need new light bulbs or cleaning of the area, they won't hear the complaints. If you ever lock yourself out, they will charge to open your place. It is absolutely ridiculous. Do Not move there if you want to be happy.
I beleive that the positive reviews are written by the staff, because nobody in their right mind would be happy in this place. People stay for the length of contract to avoid the extra charges, and no other reason. Beleive me. DO NOT MOVE TO LAKE VILLA APTS!!!!
