Not much has changed since these other reviews. Theres still razor wire on the fence on the fred meyers side, still alot of drug activity and what me and others think is gang related activity, still infested with ants and other bugs ... i personally have had problems with the ants as well as spiders and ear wigs, and when i say a problem with spiders i mean a problem, we dont find just one or two small spiders once in a while, its huge spiders as well and they are ALL over the place ALL the time ... my roomate and i found over two dozen earwigs in one night, its discusting. We have people blaring music in their cars while they drink in the parking lot at night. There's garbage and broken glass on the ground ... when we moved in there was broken glass everywhere. I do not feel safe going outside after dark.

Oh yes, and there is yet another new management team ... all the managers and assistant managers from when I moved in, are gone. I can't say I like the new management, I went in to speak with the manager about my rent and she was quite rude to me, so my roomate went in a couple days later and she acted like the nicest person in the world to him... which makes me think she has issues with women.
