I have heard many stoies about how bad this place used to be. The place accross the street is still gross but pacific pointe is getting alot better.The owner manages now and the office staff is very nice. The maintenance guys are all friendly and the do good work. This place has ceap rent and is not such a bad place to live. It seems like they are getting rid of alot of the gang stuff and bad people that lived here before. The grounds look good too cuz they are starting to do landscaping.
