Now they call it "The Bravado on 27th".
A pile of manure by another other name will still smell as bad.
The managers and asst.
managers are the laziest people I have ever seen in my life.
Maintenance requests go ignored, paperwork is never properly done or filled.
Tenants are hardly screened and complaints go ignored.
Do your self a favor and never even bother to go look.
Your children are sure to see a drug deal on the street just outside the fence that spends more time broken then anything else.

Amen! The staff are horrible and apparently there is a pretty good turnover from the complaints that the tenants make. The maintenance is horrible too as they take awhile to actually "fix" the problem. I went to their website which is www.bravadoon27th.com and they claim these are luxury apartments. PUH-LEASE! All they did was change the name of the apartment, painted the complex a different color, and hired all new staff (or keep hiring new staff shall I say - high turnover). I used to live here in 2005 and like to visit family and friends who are crazy enough to keep living here. Tell me why they still have pest problems, small mold patches on their walls, and still there are a lot of crime across the street and every so often in the complex. If you don't mind paying between $650-800 for this non-sense and rude customer service, then go right ahead. However, I wouldn't recommend this complex to my worst enemy!

im sorry you feel the staff is lazy apperently this is very outdated...why dont you come in and meet the new staff?
