Bravado on 27th is the worst place to live in Kent. The manager is never there,security sucks big time...they dont screen everybody in the apartments and thats why there was two shootings there. they let drugs run the place if you have a child i would stay away from bravado,several fights there and kids running rampid...residents there give the children alcohol. so if you are looking for a good drug home i would say that its your best bet!!
