The manager Brandy is very sweet. my maintenance issues where dealt with very quickly, which is a HUGE plus for me! Rent prices where reasonable. The only thing I would complain about is the fact my one bedroom had such a TINY window (single pane I believe as well) my one bedroom didn't have a washer and dryer in it, so I had to go up and down stairs to the laundry room to wash my clothes (I will add, they had like a dozen of washers/Dryers in the laundry room which was good in case others had to do laundry at the same time as I did.) and the fact that I over heard one of the neighbors say that a few cars got broken into at night. I guess things like that happen everywhere, its just awful to hear it happens so close to home!
