We moved here a year ago because the location was perfect and rent wsa well typical for this area.

Once we moved in however we started seeing overflowing trash on a daily basis from the dumpsters. They need to spend more money getting another pick up during the week or larger containers. Every day there is trash on the property and not just a little. But ALOT! I am now worried there will someday (if not already) be a rodent problem. YUK!

Also while the parking lot is really nice and quiet if you have loud neighbors your not in luck for a quiet stay. The floors are thin and you can hear everything if they are not carefull upstairs and or just rude and dont care like my neighbors.

Management is never on site. Yes its now the holidays but still the office is always closed when I or my neighbors go in. I dont even know who the manager is anymore.
