Yes the rents are going up and that sucks, but these apartments are still on the lower end but have quality unlike some scary places around here.
We got another new manager a few months ago but most of us are happy with her. SHe's friendly (unlike the last lady) and goes out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to make us feel like she cares about out home.
They are making some major changes to the exterior of the buildings this year and that's exciting. I've lived here for so long I don't plan on ever leaving
