Parking - No issues.
Noise - Poor insulation allows me to hear most of what my above neighbor is doing or whenever someone comes/goes from my building in the complex. However, neighbors are otherwise quite - rarely a loud radio or car alarm.
Grounds - No issues.
Safety - The area outside of the complex is pretty bad, however I haven't seen any suspicious folk within the complex & car hasn't been broken into.
Construction - Horrible. Already mentioned poor insulation (also affects heating bill). Windows are thin and sweat creating mold problems. Trimming falling off inside. Extensive water damage & probably mold problems in the walls.
Maintenance - Hasn't been well maintained given the evident water damage. Had additional water damage, took a few days for that to get resolved. Incidentally, while this was happening emergency maintenance didn't think it deserved an emergency visit - indicates that the well-being of the apartment complex isn't in their best interests at least.
Staff - Friendly but manager always arrives well after (typically 30mins ) the time on the door says she'll arrive.
Overall - One of the safer, cheaper, places in Kent, but the building is old and has been poorly maintained with mold issues (my room has stunk since I first moved in).

i agree, but my car HAS been broken into and parking sucks in my area of the complex. When i moved in almost a year ago the manager said we would be getting new windows in a month and they never came. Everything is old and worn down and im ready to live somewhere that is being kept up better.
