secluded
no traffic
great area maintenance
-newly repainted road surfaces, parking slots and curbs
-new shingles put on roof
-will have new windows 2008
-all washers/dryers work
very clean overall
maintenance team has quick response time
- older appliances
- one trash site that everyone has to walk to. I'm fortunate to live in the building closest to the compactor. (overall, it's better for the community because it cuts down on trash bins, opens up more parking spots, and is more asthetic.)
- sometimes it's hard to catch the manager in the office
- balconies need to be repainted (all of them)

They have been saying we will have new windows within a month for the past year and a half.....Don't believe that until you see it
