Maintenance people respond quickly but don't really fix problems well. manager is a idiot, thought she seemed nice and actually cared at first but when i actually had a real problem with a noisy neighbor she didn't do anything about it, and evetually i had to cancel my lease because of it. no assigned parking spots so if you get home after everyone else does from work you may have to park on other side of apartments. my bathroom was nasty mold all around the tub.
