Poor Maintenance Poor Management

I have lived here for just over 2 years now and have seen a few managers come and go and more tenants than I can keep track of. There are the few elderly tenants that have been here forever but everyone else seems to move in and then out pretty quickly.
The current Manager (Carisa) seems to be pretty much non-existent, although she has a new assistant who is at least available. I don't know how knowledgable her new assistant is because I haven't had much interaction with her yet, but she seems nice.
The parking is pretty bad. A lot of tenants have guests over pretty often and those guests tend to take up all the convenient spots which means if you get home late you get crappy parking.
The garbage compactor is a great idea in theory, however, it is not properly maintained. Often times you will find it overflowing with garbage. This definitely causes the interest of squirrels and more than likely rats (Though I haven't personally seen any rats at the compactor yet).
My bathroom has a mold issue even though I keep the fan on 24/7 and take every precaution to make sure I don't leave my bathroom moist. I gave up asking management for help with it a few months ago (they never did anything to help and constantly gave me the run around) and now I just treat my bathroom with bleach once a month to keep it under control.
The whole complex is in desperate need of a makeover. Many spots on the actual structure are buckling from what seems to be rotting wood. The windows are single pane so they let all of your heat right out. My electric bill in the spring for a 1 bedroom is about $150/month because of this.
The nice part about this complex is that they have landscapers out here at least every other week, which means that the grass is always mowed. There are some trouble spots, but this is a complex where dogs are allowed so pee-burn spots are fully expected in the yard.
Most pet owners are considerate of thier neighbors and clean up after thier pets, but there is one young couple who lets thier lab poop all over and doesn't clean up after it.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend this complex to new tenants because of the above issues.
