I have lived her for much longer than I planned to and have watched this complex go downhill. When I moved in back in '05 the management was much more pleasant and the grounds were more well maintained. The contruction of the building itself is unfortunately showing it's age. It has definitely settled and isn't level anymore. The property management company has finally decided it's time to do something about turning this complex around but it looks to be a very long road ahead.

New windows finally started going in about a month ago, but so far only 1 of the 4 buildings has new windows and the people who are installing the windows are a little on the scary side.

The garbage compactor is a big pain in the ass to deal with. On the weekends there is always a large pile of garbage in front of it. Many times you will see it surrounded by dumped furniture.

The laundry room is now only accessibly by a key which is very comforting and has cut down on the congestion which is good.

Parking is still a nightmare. Some new neighbors seem to have A LOT of friends over quite often and those friends usually take the most convenient spots to the building instead of leaving them for other tenants. It would do this complex good to number the spots and assign them.

Getting ahold of management is also a nightmare. We got a notice a few months back introducing a new assistant in the office, but when you call the office you are VERY lucky if someone answers and leaving a message is pointless as they never return any calls. I don't have issues that need to be dealt with very often, but I have found that calling from a blocked number is the best way to get them to answer.

I wouldn't recommend this complex right now, but hopefully once they finish up the labor work they will focus on the lack of service the current management provides. If that happens they will have a good chance of turning the ratings around.
