I happened across this website and saw the review from December 2001. I?m here to tell you that in the 5 1/2 years I lived there, things have not changed. I only wish I has seen this website before I moved in. There continues to be an outrageous amount of management turnover, and very few of those managers could be considered helpful; mostly rude, and uncaring to maintaining a positive living experience.



While I have had few problems with the urgency of handling maintenance emergencies, the overall maintenance of the property grounds and buidings remains poor. The buildings are in dire need of repainting, and some of the decks posts have sunk into the ground, creating what looks like an unstable patio area.



I have had many problems with neighbors, including noise, kids running around with no regard to cars driving through the property, or being parked in designated spots. The managers do not seem to enforce any sort of disciplinary action against tenants and the complaints issued against them. Parking continues to be a problem.
