Serious Problems With Allied Management

Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2000
 
Lived at Parkwood for 7 years and in that time we had a new apartment manager about every 15 months. The complex is small in comparison to most of the other Allied Properties so they usually put their worst apartment managers, or most inexperienced ones, at Parkwood. Nothing but management problems the entire time I lived there. Also for long periods of time we had no maintenance whatsoever. Parking was the worst.
