I lived at Parkwood for 8 years. It went from good to horrible. The management doesn't even care about their tenants, all they seem to be in it for is the money. They did very little to correct the problems that they knew existed and maintenance was horrible! They make it sound like it's a great place to live, but it isn't. Whatever you do, don't rent here. Some of the parents don't even have control of their kids or even care...I only lived there because it was so cheap!!
