I noticed there is not any newer reviews of this place so I figured I would give an update.
The pricing for this complex is slightly lower than average for this area. It is a small complex and relatively quiet. Since it is a small complex walking to garbage and your mail is no sweat. The staff is very friendly and they have complex events to entertain the kids. There are lots of younger kids (4-12ish)around for your kids to play with and one playground. The grounds itself is ok average looking from the front. However, on the back side the grass is well, none existent. It is really more of a mud pit during the fall and winter.
Parking can be an issue. There are very limited spots and you are assigned a number spot. I have had on many occassions people park in my spot and every time I would have to call security to have the cars towed. There is also a problem with mold. It can get pretty bad so you will need to keep up on it.
Also the units really do need a renovation. All the utilities in my unit are WAY old. The washer and dryer are holding up but my dishwasher busted and they had to replace it. Most of my door knobs dont even work. The maintanence staff is good though. When you need them they come in a timely fashion.
All in all it is a decent place to live, mostly because of the staff that actually seems to care.
