The price is great for this high quality establishment in Kent, WA. The maintenance crew is wonderful and fixed my problems nearly immediately. The office staff is friendly and cooperative; only one of the office members is what I would describe as "non-friendly". The complex allows for a monthly lease contract, which was great for me. Can't park Commercial vehicles overnight therefore if you are moving with a U-Haul type vehicle, arrange for sufficient moving times. I have heard from other residents, that high class cars have a tendency to get broken into and especially in the area next to the highway. I found the lack of parking for a 2nd vehicle very annoying; frequently on the weekend, I wouldn't be able to find a place for my car.

Oversized postal boxes are available for packages delivered, which are very convenient to pick up your mail when you get home.

Pet policy is quite strict. ONLY under 25 pound pets (dogs or cats); and there are many stray cats in the neighborhood.
