The overall experience was pleasant until it came time to move out. Over the last 15 years, I've lived in about 10 different apartments. I have never felt so cheated and abused by complex management as I was when I received the deposit statement after move out. Not only did they want to keep the entire deposite, but they wanted additional money. In the other 9 apartments I have lived in, I have never failed to receive at least half of my deposit back if not all.
