I really enjoyed living at Royal Skies. The complex was well kept and the managment was fairly friendly. Complex is older which helped keep prices low, but VERY clean. Be careful on the move out inspection, they have tricks to keep your deposit. Be sure to ask for the move out inspection sheet that THEY use, not the one they provide for you to use. Also, when doing your move in inspection, mark EVERYTHING you see wrong - or it'll bite you in the end. It is every apartment complex's (not just Royal Skies) goal to keep as much of your money as possible - even if it means lying to you. So watch yourself. Royal Skies managment was very strict about the rules, but that's what kept it nice and free of scum. (Across the street is the slums, but Royal Skies was good at keeping "trash" of their complex) It was quite amazing really. Overall, I would recommend it. I would live there again.
