My wife and I moved into this apartment for seven months from California. I wouldn't make this same mistake twice. The overall quality of the unit is just okay, but there certainly are some things to be concerned about. There is no pest or rodent control, the freeway is close enough to spit on, and there seems to be a fair amount of unwanted traffic through the complex. But worst of all, beware the move out costs! After living in two different complexes in Riverside California, I have never been taken advantage of quite like I did here. The "cleaning and repair" costs are over the top, they charge you for removal and a full cleaning of all appliances (all four sides and bottom), a double cleaning charge with a general charge and a detailed charge that cover the same things, and enough painting costs to repaint the whole unit when a few touchups are all that is needed.
